INTRODUCTION
Welcome! I am excited you have chosen this as part of your journey. This program is designed to guide you through a 90-day transformation, both inside and out. Working through limiting beliefs, old patterns and habits, and blockages that are holding you back from creating positive, permanent changes in your life. Preventing you from being the person you want to be!
Transforming thoughts, actions, beliefs, and your physical body into a new direction. Shedding weight in the mind and in the body alike.
Specifically this program will allow you to do:
- Release the grip of your highest temptations
- Remove roadblocks to your success (internal and external)
- Break your bad habits one-by-one
- Break old patterns of failure and defeat
- Increase your personal accountability
- Update and reprogram your mind and body to the new version of you
WHY WOULD WE NEED TO DO THIS?
We hold onto things from the past, parts that become our identity, parts that are holding us back from believing we can be more and do more.
When we release energy in the mind, we release energy in the body.
- 🧠 Our minds hold on to extra weight in the form of emotions from the past and about the future.
- 🧍🏻Our bodies hold on to extra weight in the form of fat or water to balance out that energy.
By releasing old patterns, old habits, old emotions, and the parts of the old self that are keeping us stuck, we are allowed to move forward with clarity and more freedom. Allowing energy to flow is the direction of our desires and intentions without interference or blocks.
Releasing weight from our body, releasing old stagnant energy from your being, allowing you to feel lighter to move in any direction.
The mind is the body and the body is the image of the mind.

It is up to you! In this one-of-a-kind program, YOU will decide for yourself what it is that you want to change, what it is that you need to let go, and the powerful beliefs that you are ready to exchange.
You are bound to discover many new things about yourself during this process. We all handle and respond to change in unique ways … even when it is chosen and intentional.
There will be some resistance and an unavoidable need for some adaptation. That is all built into the 90 day program, as you intentionally allow your energy to transform and create a permanent shift.

- Self-image improvements
- Emotional processing
- Mindset reprogramming
- Developing trust in yourself with a plan
HOW DO I GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS PROGRAM?
I will help prepare and guide you through each of the powerful hypnosis sessions in this program. Allowing you to discover and expand your awareness and intentions.
We will discuss and unpack the discoveries and realizations. I will help you integrate and choose new directions in your thinking, your actions, and how you see yourself.
You will practice and reflect, and we will adjust. We have 2, 30 min, one-on-one sessions built into the program to ensure you have personal guidance during this process.
Showing up, being present and reflective, open and allowing for an increase in your own self awareness, and practicing integrating the concepts into your life will make you wildly successful in the program. It is that easy!

WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS I NEED?
This program is virtual and requires an internet connection and the use of Zoom (video platform). Each session will be live on Zoom. The sessions will be recorded and available for download the following day via a Google Drive link. If you are unable to attend, do not worry, you will have access the following day.
Access to your email regularly. I will be sending materials throughout the weeks to supplement your learning, understanding, and self reflection. This may be blog articles, worksheets, or videos.
Headphones. 🎧 We will be utilizing the technology of Binaural Beats during the hypnosis sessions.
Notebook or Journal. 📒 You will use this to record your reflections, worksheet answers and questions.
